All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

before sending any return. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
